My, what a fun weekend we've had! This Friday was Uncle Nick's birthday! We all went out to dinner at a yummy German restaurant!

On Saturday, we went to visit our friends Weston and Emily to celebrate Weston's graduation from medical school and his birthday! Yay!!

On Sunday, we went to Marina and Steve's to make spring rolls. Jake was in an especially giggly mood. He now anticipates the tickling before it starts:
Jake is getting better at maneuvering himself around. He still can't officially crawl, but he can magically move himself from one place to another.
Two things to take away from this picture: a.) our floors need cleaning. b.) Jake is officially a bum-shuffler:

Jake decided that he really didn't want to nap one day and had play time with Daddy instead. He can now turn 360 degrees around in his crib, but sometimes gets stuck a la Austin Powers (video):
