Angie and I flew into Richmond, VA last night, rented a blue ford focus hatchback and drove to the estate/hotel that the wedding will be at. No street lamps, just darkness. Even the regular streets feel like highways because of their length between stop lights. The Wyndham Crossing Hotel was gorgeously lit and beautifully manicured. After finding our room, we went exploring and took some night shots of the hotel.
Slept for 10.5 hours. We are exhausted. Been doing a million things and doing it at a million mph. Morning. Yelped for good coffee and breakfast... found the Stir Crazy cafe. Hidden away in a neighborhood. Good find. Locally roasted coffee. For Angie: oatmeal with walnuts, apricots, and blueberries. For Evan: the Greycourt Sandwich...turkey, muenster, bacon, lettuce, tomato, guacamole. Plus latte. Perfection.
